A/S can be received and inquired through the KakaoTalk channel 'Fonv Pilates'.
* Free A/S is provided for damages incurred while receiving the product.
When applying for A/S, please take a video or photo of the discolored or damaged part of the product and contact the AS center (Kakao Talk channel 'Fonb Pilates').
* Free A/S is provided for damages incurred while receiving the product.
*After receiving the product, in case of damage due to careless use, take a photo or video and contact the AS center (Kakao Talk channel 'Fonv Pilates'), and paid A/S will be provided depending on the damaged area and stage of damage.
* Please take a picture or video of the damaged part of the product and contact the AS center (Kakao Talk channel 'Fonv Pilates').
* Long-term outdoor use / exposure to moisture and water / product management using special chemicals / scratches caused by sharp objects / exposure to fire is difficult to get free A/S.
The A/S warranty period is free of charge for one year from the date of installation.
Free A/S only incurs travel expenses by region, and parts are free of charge.
For simple repairs, such as replacing parts, you can receive the parts via courier and repair them yourself.

*When making a purchase, we provide a one-year warranty that includes free provision of A/S manuals and replacement parts required, excluding only the overseas shipping fee. After one year, there will be charges for parts and overseas shipping.
Repairs or damages caused by user negligence, such as repairs through third-party services or damage during product transportation, will be subject to paid A/S.
*Due to the nature of the product, free A/S is not available for seats and consumable parts.
*User negligence includes prolonged outdoor use, exposure to moisture or humidity, use of special chemicals for product maintenance, scratches caused by sharp objects, exposure to fire, and other similar situations where free A/S is not available.
After the warranty period, A/S will be subject to charges.
