What is the purchasing process?
1. Homepage-SUPPORT-If you fill out the inquiry form, we will send you a quote through the registered email after confirmation by the person in charge.
2. When payment is made by credit card, check card, or bank transfer, we will send you step-by-step information on product production and delivery to the buyer's contact information.
Can I change the payment method after placing an order?
Yes you can. Please call the Phoneb Customer Center (0507-1340-9828) and we will respond.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, Phoneb Store provides payment methods such as offline credit card payment and deposit without a bankbook.
*The deadline for payment without a bankbook is 7 days from the order date, and the order will be automatically canceled the next day.
Can I change the product after ordering?
Products can be changed through consultation during the product preparation stage, but cannot be changed during the product production stage.
Please understand that the product is made to order after consultation and confirmation of payment.
